Ten Lords a Lending

A whole week since my last blog. I've been too busy with yet another trip to Grenoble and all the other busyness of this time of the year to post anything, although I did prepare one article which is currently sitting on my work laptop - it will be worth waiting for.

Anyhow, today I opened some of the mail which had built up while I was away and I found a nice Christmas card from www.ElectTheLords.org.uk which is a website devoted to campaigning for an elected House of Lords, something I fully support myself.



Since the last time reform was debated we have had the (as yet unresolved) "ten Lords-a-lending" controversy; I think the time may be right for democracy to prevail.
