Rotten service from Boingo

Where's the net when you need it? My flight from Bristol to Geneva is delayed by three and a half hours. Time to check net. But I can't connect! Boingo claims not to know me even though I signed up for the N800 free trial offer.

So I connect via my cell phone's GPRS (no EDGE in Bristol Airport) and log on to Boingo's web site. "Account expired" - evidently some issue with my credit card. However, I can't see any way to sort it online. Why didn't they e-mail me? I only get to find out there's a problem when I need to use the service.

So I phone the customer care number. "Please call back Tuesday because the people dealing with mobile accounts are out until then". What customer service.
